Q. What type of information do I have to provide for you to start working on my designs?
A. First of all we would need to have your text including slogans, titles, every single text you want to be included into the design. You should also provide us with picture content that you would like us to use in the design - number of thumbnail and sizes. We require 50% of the cost to be paid prior to the start of work. By filling in the ordering form you can provide us with all the information we need from you.


Q. How can I provide the payment and in what currencies can I pay?
A. Currently we accept payment by Wire Transfer, Epassporte, MoneyGram, WesternUnion. You can pay in EURO or USD.


Q. Would you tell me more about the start and the deadline?
A. The deadline will be set forth in the specifications or agreed between the two parties. The period starts to run the moment you submit to ThumbDesigner Team all necessary materials. In case you fail to submit the materials within a reasonable period of time, ThumbDesigner will fix a new deadline. Don’t forget to provide the payment 5-7 days before the start date, otherwise the design will not be started on that date and ThumbDesigner will fix a new deadline.


Q. My partner said he can do the design for free. Why should we use you?

Q. What if I don't like my design proof?
A. We are changing the design until the moment you approve it. You must be completely satisfied or you don't pay anything.


Q. Will I be able to see the design before you’ve done it?
A. Absolutely! We will show you a jpg proof of all parts of your design package and we will not proceed with the production until you approve it. If we have to make some significant changes, we'll send you out another and another proof until finished it.


Q. What do I receive when the project is finished and the payment is provided?
A. When the project is finished and the final payment is provided, you wiil receive an e-mail including links of the source files. (*.psd; *.htm; *.jpg; *.css; fonts etc. files)


Q. Can I exchange links with Thumbdesigner.com website?
A. Yes, please visit our contact page to submit your link, you will be added after the manager reviews your submission!


Q. Can I buy a design from your portfolio?
A. No, you can't. These have already been ordered by another client. If a particular design style attracts you, we will always do our best to accommodate your specifications.
